Holiday lighting and gutter services for Vancouver & the Tri-Cities
Mou Property Works is an owner-operated, insured company. We install holiday lights, clean gutters and fit gutter guards, and we do the lights and gutters in the same visit when you book both.
What we do
Rooflines first. Gutters while we're up there.
Holiday light installation is our main service. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, fit them to your roofline with damage-free clips, repair anything that goes out during the season, and take everything down in January.
Because the lights clip onto your gutters, we check them on every install. If they need cleaning, or you're tired of cleaning them, we clean them or fit mesh guards on the same visit.
We also clean exterior windows and handle fall leaf cleanup and sprinkler winterizing, for customers who want one company for the outside of the house.
