We clean every gutter run by hand, bag the debris instead of dropping it in your garden, and check that each downspout drains. We blow off the roof edge, walkways and driveway before we leave, and send you photos of the finished job along with anything we noticed, such as loose hangers or leaking seams.

How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most homes in Vancouver need it twice a year: late fall after the leaves drop, and spring. Homes under firs or cedars often need a third clean, or guards.
Can you do it when you install my holiday lights?
Yes. The lights clip onto the gutters, so we clean them first on the same ladder setup. One visit, and your lights go onto clean gutters.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the side gates unlocked and we'll text you before and after photos when we're done.
What does a 3-storey or steep roof cost?
These need extra equipment and safety setup, so we quote them individually. Send a photo of the house and we'll usually have a price back the same day.
