We publish starting prices for every service on our pricing page, so you know what to expect up front. The final price depends on home size, number of storeys, access and how much buildup there is. We confirm it with a free on-site quote before any work starts, and the price we quote is the price you pay. All prices are in CAD before tax.

Yes. With our neighbour deal, book the same day as a neighbour on your street and each home gets $20 off. For holiday lights, book before October 31 and save $50 with our early bird discount.

E-transfer, credit card and cash. Payment is due once the job is complete and you're happy with it.

Not for most exterior work. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. We'll text you when we arrive and send photos when we're finished.

Safety comes first. If rain, wind or ice makes the job unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule at the next available time, with no fees and no hassle.

We serve Vancouver and the surrounding neighbourhoods. See our service area page for the full list. If you're just outside it, ask anyway, since we can often make it work.

Yes. We carry liability insurance on every job, so your home and property are protected while we work. Proof of insurance is available on request.

If any part of the job isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.

Mou Property Works is owner-operated. The owner is on site or oversees every job, and is the person you deal with from quote to finish.
